About Turkish Coffee
Unfiltered, boiled in a cezve pot with sugar. The grounds settle in the cup and are used for fortune telling. UNESCO listed it as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013. Served with a glass of water and Turkish delight. The foam on top is called kaimaki and is essential.
