About Cappuccino
Named after Capuchin monks whose brown robes matched the drink color. Equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and milk foam. Ordering one after 11am in Italy marks you as a tourist. The milk must be steamed to 65 degrees Celsius, never boiled. Strictly a breakfast drink in Italy.
