About Cortado
Equal parts espresso and steamed milk. The name means cut in Spanish, the milk cuts the acidity. Served in a small glass, never a cup. Originated in the Basque Country. Smaller than a flat white or latte. The leche y leche adds condensed milk. The simplest balance of coffee and milk.
