About Eiskaffee
German iced coffee made with cold coffee, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream. More dessert than drink. Served in a tall glass with a long spoon. Unlike American iced coffee, this is a proper indulgence. Common in German and Austrian cafes. The ice cream melts slowly into the coffee.
