The least processed of all teas, made from young buds and leaves. Simply steamed and dried, no oxidation or rolling. Silver Needle is the premium grade using only buds. Named for the silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds. Higher in antioxidants than green or black tea. The most delicate and subtle tea flavor.
