Strong black tea sweetened with sugar and condensed milk, served over ice with a splash of evaporated milk on top. The orange color comes from food coloring in traditional recipes. Called cha yen in Thai. Found at every Thai restaurant worldwide. The condensed milk makes it incredibly sweet and creamy.
