About Sidecar
Cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice. Named after a WWI army officer who arrived at a Paris bar in a motorcycle sidecar. The sugar rim is optional but traditional. David Embury called it one of the six basic drinks. The Biker Sidecar uses Armagnac instead of cognac.
