About Negroni
Count Camillo Negroni asked for his Americano with gin instead of soda water. Equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. One of the few perfectly balanced cocktails by formula. The red color comes from Campari, whose recipe is a closely guarded secret. International Negroni Week is celebrated every June.
