A caffeine-free herbal tea from the Cedarberg mountains of South Africa. The name means red bush in Afrikaans. Contains antioxidants and minerals. The fermented version is red, unfermented is green and more expensive. South Africa produces about 15,000 tonnes annually. The only place in the world it grows naturally.
