About Pisco Sour
Both Peru and Chile claim pisco and the cocktail as their own. Made with pisco brandy, lime juice, syrup, and egg white. The bitters on the foam are the signature touch. Victor Morris, an American in Lima, is credited with its creation. The egg white creates a velvety texture.
