About Pisco
Grape brandy produced in Peru and Chile. Both countries claim origin and have legal protections. Peruvian pisco is distilled to proof, never diluted. Chilean pisco is aged in wood. Used in the Pisco Sour cocktail. Over 100 million liters produced annually between both countries. The dispute is bitter and ongoing.
