About Rum
Distilled from sugarcane molasses or juice. The Royal Navy gave sailors a daily rum ration until 1970. Dark rum is aged in oak barrels, white rum is filtered clear. The Bermuda Triangle of cocktails: Daiquiri, Mai Tai, and Mojito all use rum. Captain Morgan was a real Welsh privateer.
