Puerto Ricos national drink. Rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice blended with ice. The name means strained pineapple. The Caribe Hilton in San Juan claims invention. Over 70% of the worlds coconut cream is produced in the Philippines. The Rupert Holmes song Escape made it pop culture famous.
