Created by Sam Ross at Milk and Honey. Equal parts bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice. Named after the MIA song Paper Planes. The bitter-sweet balance is achieved through equal parts. One of the most influential modern cocktails. Amaro Nonino gives it a unique orange-vanilla warmth.
