Partially oxidized tea between green and black. The oxidation level ranges from 8% to 85%, creating enormous variety. Ti Kuan Yin from Fujian and Da Hong Pao from Wuyi are legendary. Da Hong Pao from the original six trees sells for over 1 million dollars per kg. The gongfu tea ceremony uses oolong exclusively.
