Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and lime. Cheryl Cook claims to have invented it in South Beach Miami. Sex and the City made it the defining cocktail of the late 1990s. The pink color became a cultural shorthand for sophistication. Toby Cecchini of The Odeon also claims creation.
