About Chuhai
Shochu highball, abbreviated to chu-hai. Shochu diluted with carbonated water and flavoring. Sold in convenience stores and vending machines across Japan. Lemon, grape, and lime are the most common flavors. Typically 3-9% ABV. The drink of choice for Japanese salarymen after work.
