About Calvados
Apple brandy from the Normandy region of France. Over 200 apple varieties may be blended. Aged minimum 2 years in oak barrels. The Farmyard smell is characteristic and prized. The trou normand is a calvados shot between courses to aid digestion and reset the palate. Over 6 million bottles produced annually.
