About Bramble
Created by Dick Bradsell in London while thinking of blackberry picking as a child. Gin, lemon juice, sugar, and creme de mure blackberry liqueur. The liqueur is drizzled over crushed ice to create a marbled effect. One of the few modern British cocktail classics. Named after the blackberry bush.
