About Boulevardier
A Negroni variation using bourbon or rye instead of gin. Named after Erskine Gwynnes Paris magazine The Boulevardier. Whiskey adds warmth that gin does not provide. Some prefer it over the original Negroni. The drink is stirred, never shaken.
