About Aperol Spritz
Three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, one splash of soda. Aperol was created in Padua in 1919. Became the drink of European summers in the 2010s. The bright orange color is instantly recognizable. Over 3.6 million bottles of Aperol are sold during UK summer alone.
