About Tibicos
Water kefir made from tibicos grains, a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. Produces a lightly effervescent, slightly sweet drink. Lower in sugar than kombucha. Can be flavored with fruit, herbs, or spices. The grains look like tiny translucent crystals. A probiotic alternative to soda.
