About Bicerin

A layered drink of espresso, drinking chocolate, and cream served in a small glass. Originated at Caffe al Bicerin in Turin, open since 1763. The three layers must remain separate. Alexander Dumas and Nietzsche were famous patrons. The cafe still serves it to the original recipe. Protected as a traditional Piedmontese product.
