About St-Germain
Elderflower liqueur created by Robert Cooper in 2007. Made from wild elderflowers hand-picked in the French Alps. Called bartenders ketchup because it improves everything. The bottle design resembles a vintage perfume flacon. Over 5 million bottles sold. The elderflower season lasts only 4-6 weeks each spring.
